Shipping

Shipping is FOB Clifton, NJ. Most standard orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges start at $9.50 for one pound and increase according to weight. UPS 2nd Day, Next Day, and Fed-Ex can also be requested for an additional charge to meet a specific deadline. Gates Flag and Banner Company, Inc.is not responsible for failure of the transportation company to deliver on schedule. Shipping charges vary according to weight, size, and destination.Gates Flag and Banner ’s packing and handling charges will apply, plus there is a $5 fee for shipments that are drop-shipped to your customer. Our preferred carrier will be used unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

Acceptance of Product

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery and Gates Flag and Banner Co., Inc. must be contacted with 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Failure to note damages will result in the inability to file a freight claim. Original packaging should be retained to facilitate your claim to the freight company's delivering terminal. Gates Flag and Banner is not responsible for damages that may occur during transit. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please report any damage to the freight company at time of delivery

Returned Merchandise

Custom orders are non returnable. All returned merchandise must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number provided by Gates Flag and Banner and must be returned in "Like New" condition. A minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be charged based on condition of returned material. Goods returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. No merchandise may be returned after 30 days of receipt.
