Shipping Policy

Everything ships (Monday through Friday) from Clifton, NJ 07011 or Lynchburg, VA 24502. We will use the contact information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order: Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost orders or orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner.

All shipping is via UPS or USPS. Any order received after 2PM Eastern Time on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Same day shipping is always our goal, but can only be guaranteed if expedited shipping is chosen by the purchaser.  We are closed on all major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas) and any order received before or during an observed holiday will be processed and or shipped after.

Please note that WE CAN NOT ship to a P.O. Box. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, however if you reside elsewhere and would like to purchase our products, please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Gates Flag & Banner Co. is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery and Gates Flag and Banner Co., Inc. must be contacted with 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Failure to note damages will result in the inability to file a freight claim. Original packaging should be retained to facilitate your claim to the freight company’s delivering terminal. Gates Flag and Banner is not responsible for damages that may occur during transit. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please report any damage to the freight company at time of delivery.

We do ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses, please contact us.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

A $6.95 flat rate shipping may be available based on your product purchase, but only applies to USPS ground within the continental United States.

Free ground shipping on stock flag orders of $150 or more.  Poles and hardware may not be included.

Flat rate and free shipping offers are subject to change at any time.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE THROUGH OUR SITE

Login and go to the Account section of the site. Find the completed order and click the View button. You will then see your tracking number and be able to track your package through the UPS or USPS site.
